- Violate Meta Platform policies
- Violate Instagram Terms
- Use stolen or unauthorized accounts
- Abuse API rate limits
- Circumvent platform restrictions
5. Meta Platform Compliance
Your use of Instagram automation remains subject to Meta Platform Terms.
If Meta revokes permissions or API access, certain features may become unavailable.
Publishlyy is not responsible for API limitations imposed by Meta.
6. Subscription
Certain features may require payment.
Fees are billed according to your selected plan.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
7. Intellectual Property
Publishlyy and all associated software remain our property.
You retain ownership of your content.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Maintenance, outages, or third-party platform issues may temporarily affect functionality.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Publishlyy is not liable for:
- Lost profits
- Business interruption
- Loss of followers
- API restrictions imposed by Meta
- Indirect or consequential damages
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Abuse our platform
- Engage in unlawful activity
Users may terminate their account at any time.
