Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion

To delete your Publishlyy account and all associated Instagram/Meta data we store:

1. Email hello@publishlyy.co with subject line "Data Deletion Request"
2. Include the email address used to sign in to Publishlyy
3. We will confirm deletion within 30 days

What gets deleted

• Your account and workspace
• Encrypted Instagram access tokens
• Automation configurations
• Webhook event logs and DM delivery records

Meta data deletion callback

When you remove Publishlyy from your Facebook/Instagram account settings, Meta may send a data deletion request to us. We process these requests automatically and delete associated data.

Disconnect without full deletion

You can disconnect Instagram from the app Settings page without deleting your entire account. This revokes our access token and stops webhook processing.
